Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to connect directly even signals of much noise components to the input by connecting a MISFET between the connection point of the first and the second MISFETs and the reference potential point to apply signals obtained by inverting the ouput. CONSTITUTION:Load circuit T1 and first and second MISFET T2 and T3 are connected in series between the power source and the reference potential point, and input signals are applied to the gate of T2, and the gate of T3 is connected to a fixed potential, and the connection point of T1 and T2 becomes the output. Further, third MISFET T4 is connected between the connection point of T1 and T2 and the power source, and fourth MISFET T5 is connected between the connection point of T2 and T3 and the reference potential point, and the output is applied to the gate of T4, and signals obtained by inverting the output are applied to the gate of T5. Even if the conductance of T3 is reduced for the purpose of raising VT<+>, V<-> can be reduced by enlarging the conductance of T5.
